Terms of Use

These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Aumitra LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership with registered office at 222/1, Bldg No. 8, Lower Upper, Podium 1/5, Raheja Woods, Yerwada, Yerwada Police Station, Pune, Maharashtra 411006, India. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

The Site describes Aumitra’s business and solutions and lets you send an enquiry. It is provided for general information. Content may be updated, paused, or withdrawn without notice. Pages marked as coming soon are informational only and do not constitute an offer of those services until we say otherwise.

The Site is aimed at businesses and professionals. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You may not use the Site if doing so would violate Indian law or the law of the place from which you access it.

You may browse the Site and send genuine business enquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Site, our servers, or other users
• Submit spam, automated messages, or content that infringes others’ rights
• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial Site content for commercial use without our written consent
• Impersonate Aumitra, our founder, or any other person

The Site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and brand assets, is owned by Aumitra LLP or used under licence. “Aumitra”, related marks, and the Site design are protected. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. No other licence is granted.

You may not use our name, logos, or founder likeness in a way that suggests endorsement without prior written permission.

Sending a form, email, or WhatsApp message does not create a consulting engagement, partnership, or confidentiality obligation beyond what the law already requires, unless we later agree that in writing. We may decline or stop a conversation at our discretion.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. Do not include confidential third-party information, trade secrets you are not authorised to share, or special-category personal data unless we have asked for it under a separate arrangement.

Site content is general information about Aumitra’s perspective and services. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a scoped engagement. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision.

The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Fonts. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Aumitra is not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices once you leave the Site or load their resources.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aumitra LLP, its partners, and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or from an enquiry sent through it.

Our total liability arising from the Site (as distinct from a signed consulting contract) will not exceed five thousand Indian rupees (₹5,000) or the amount you paid us to use the Site, if any — whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aumitra LLP from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your place of residence.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Site after a change, the new terms apply.
